description

Microsoft.AspNetCore.Components.WebAssembly.Server contains a code-injection flaw in its Blazor WebAssembly debugging support. An attacker may cause code to run on a developer's machine if the developer debugs an application using an affected release and evaluates an expression involving attacker-controlled data.

mitigation

Upgrade Microsoft.AspNetCore.Components.WebAssembly.Server to 10.0.13 or 11.0.0-rc.2.26478.115, as appropriate for the .NET release in use. Restart the development environment and debugger after updating.

fixed in 10.0.13, 11.0.0-rc.2.26478.115
