description

ACF Frontend Admin by DynamiApps through 3.29.13 may deserialize attacker-controlled objects from stored content displayed on public pages. An administrator or similarly privileged user could potentially cause code execution when a suitable object chain is present in the site’s installed software.

mitigation

Disable the plugin or prevent untrusted administrators from modifying stored content until an updated release is available. Restrict administrative access and review installed plugins and WordPress core for object-deserialization chains.

auth requiredWhether an attacker needs an account first, based on the CVSS vector's Privileges Required.

outcome

Upstream: a detection for this already ships elsewhere, so we didn't generate a new one. The credit goes to whoever did.
