description

TOTOLINK EX200 firmware 5.2.3c.7200 contains a stack-based buffer overflow in the wireless.so management handler. A remote attacker able to reach the affected device CGI interface may trigger memory corruption through the vulnerable request parameter.

mitigation

Restrict the device management interface to trusted administrative networks and disable or firewall remote administration exposure. Monitor for and apply a vendor firmware update when one is released.
