description

Tenda AC19 version 16.03.10.07 is affected by a stack-based buffer overflow in its web management service when processing firewall configuration input. An attacker able to reach the device's management interface may be able to trigger the overflow.

Still under analysis: more detail becomes available as the pipeline runs.

mitigation

Restrict access to the AC19 management interface to trusted administrative networks and block it from untrusted networks. Monitor for and apply a vendor update when one is made available; no fixed version is recorded.
