CVE-2026-94453
validatedZero produced an exploit or a check.GHSA-59fc-px6w-3g8v ↗EUVD-2026-100744 ↗
description
Libreswan's pluto daemon is affected when IKE over TCP is enabled. An unauthenticated remote attacker may trigger the flaw and disrupt VPN service; only deployments configured with listen-tcp=yes are exposed. Code execution is a possible but unconfirmed outcome.
mitigation
Disable IKE over TCP by removing or changing listen-tcp=yes, then reload or restart pluto. No fixed version is recorded in the provided package data; deploy a vendor-supported corrected release when one is identified.
outcome
Contextual check: a technique exists and was validated, but no deterministic check could cover this one.
source signals
Public signals that triggered or updated the pipeline. These are inputs for the deltas above.
