description

Subscribe to Comments versions earlier than 2.3.3 are affected by reflected cross-site scripting. An unauthenticated attacker may cause browser-side script execution if a user, including an administrator, follows a crafted URL.

mitigation

Upgrade Subscribe to Comments to version 2.3.3 or later. Until the upgrade is complete, reduce exposure by warning users and administrators not to follow untrusted links.

fixed in 2.3.3
