description

Chaskiq through 2.0.3 is affected by a server-side request forgery flaw in its URL-upload GraphQL functionality. An unauthenticated remote attacker may cause the server to request arbitrary reachable URLs and obtain their responses. Exploitation requires network access to the GraphQL endpoint.

mitigation

Restrict unauthenticated access to the GraphQL endpoint and disable or firewall the URL-upload functionality where possible. Limit the Chaskiq host's outbound network access, especially to internal services and cloud metadata addresses, until an upstream fixed version is available.
