CVE-2026-106471
validatedZero produced an exploit or a check.GHSA-993v-gm7c-q4cq ↗EUVD-2026-94155 ↗
description
Candlepin authorization checks may allow access when only one of several referenced entities is permitted. A low-privilege authenticated attacker who can access an initial object and knows other resource identifiers could view consumer data or alter entitlements and related subscription resources, including across organizations.
mitigation
Apply the vendor's available Candlepin or Red Hat Satellite update when provided. Until then, restrict low-privilege access to relevant resources and monitor for unexpected cross-organization consumer or entitlement changes.
outcome
Check only, differential: the check fires on the vulnerable build and is silent on the patched one.
